Who we are

PassPilot ("we", "us", "our") is an independent UK Driving Theory Test study app. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information the app and this website handle.

What we collect

On your device

Your study progress — practice answers, mock test scores, streaks, achievements and preferences — is stored locally on your device. We do not upload it to our servers.

On this website

Our marketing site does not use analytics cookies or third-party trackers. Standard server access logs (IP address, request time, user agent) may be retained for a short period for security and reliability.

AI Coach

If you use the AI Coach feature, the app sends a summary of your aggregate practice statistics (e.g. category accuracy, total questions answered, streak length) to our backend, which forwards it to a third-party AI provider to generate personalised study advice. We do not send your name, email or any account identifier — there is no account to send. Requests are rate-limited and logged only for security purposes.

What we do not collect

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The app does not use cookies.

Children

PassPilot is suitable for learner drivers, including those under 18 preparing for the UK theory test. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

Because we do not hold an account or personal profile linked to you, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct or delete on request. If you believe we hold personal data about you, contact us using the details below.
